The autumn cultivation journey comes to an end while also looking towards the future. Today’s harvest is also for tomorrow’s cultivation. Poems from the poet Bei Dao have drifted into the hands of two choreographers from different generations and regions for creation, cultivating into a golden dance landscape. And she, he, and his poems sink together to find the root of life. Co-choreographed by renowned choreographer Helen Lai and new-generation dance artist Zhou Shuyi. Taking ‘February’ and other different poems as the creative source, exploring the relationship between verses and the body through contemporary dance, and presenting the hidden rhythm in literature on the stage through dance to create works belonging to this era. Autumn harvest and autumn cultivation. ‘Some Movements and Shadows’ takes the seed sown by Helen Lai as early as 2006 as an introduction.
