The Xu Fu Cultural Park in the Xianfogu Scenic Area is one of the important components of the long-standing tourism and cultural resources of the Dapeng Mountain Tourism Resort. In the Xu Fu Cultural Park, there are not only historical relics related to Xu Fu’s eastward voyage, such as the cliff carvings of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage, Qin Du An, Xiaoxiu Cave, Horse Racing Hill, Drinking Horse Pool, Imperial Horse Tomb, Thousand People Altar, Longmen Square, Alchemist Stone, Lingtai Stone, Wind Cave Hill, Father-Watching Stone, Xu Fu Temple, and Immortal-Seeking Pavilion.


The Qin Du An, the site of eastward voyage, has been rebuilt. The cliff carvings of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage and the alchemy cave and Xiaoxiu Cave have been renovated. New cultural landscapes such as the Blessing Pavilion, Qinhuang Bieyuan, Xu Fu Statue, and group sculptures of boys and girls have been built. The magnificent scene of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage is reproduced with modern multimedia technology.


Among them, the cliff carvings of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage are the only physical evidence found in China so far that reflects the scene of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage and have high historical and cultural value. The Xu Fu Cultural Park harmoniously integrates the rich historical relics of Xu Fu’s eastward voyage and the beautiful natural landscapes, fully reflecting the traditional Chinese culture of longevity and happiness and Xu Fu’s pioneering nautical spirit, and has a strong historical and cultural connotation.


In development, the Xu Fu Cultural Park actively explores historical resources, excavates cultural connotations, and focuses on rescuing the cultural relics of Xu Fu culture, forming a high-level cultural tourism area and a characteristic ecological cultural tourism area that takes Xu Fu culture and Qin culture as the core, longevity and happiness culture as the characteristic, and combines cultural scenic spots and natural beautiful landscapes.
