The World Rose Theme Exhibition features themed gardens such as the ‘Tropical Charm’ Sanya Garden, the ‘Resilient Rose’ Shenyang Garden, the ‘Rose Fragrance’ Laizhou Garden, and the ‘Green Trees and Beautiful Sky, Huai River Red Every Month’ Huai’an Garden, showcasing the charm of Chinese roses to the world. The entire rose garden spans over 5000 acres, displaying more than 2000 varieties of roses, including precious ancient roses, and both domestic and international fine roses represented by ‘Peace’ roses, two-toned roses, black roses, and perfume roses, as well as new varieties. They will all gather in Beijing to meet visitors.
At the core of the conference area, there is a focus on constructing three gardens, one museum, one center, and one base. The ‘three gardens’ include the Rose Theme Garden, the Rose Variety Garden, and the Rose Cultural Garden, all of which have been completed. The ‘Rose Theme Garden’ serves as the main venue of the conference and the site of the opening ceremony, highlighting fine domestic and international roses, new rose varieties, and rose garden landscapes. The ‘Rose Variety Garden’ focuses on rose breeding, research and development, and academic exchange. The ‘Rose Cultural Garden’ will create a ‘Love Sea’ style special scenic area, themed around classic love stories from ancient and modern times, both Chinese and foreign, integrating modern classic elements of love to construct themed landscapes. Opening hours: May 29th to December 31st from 09:00 to 17:30; May 18th to May 28th Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00; May 18th to May 28th Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00; January 1st to May 17th from 09:00 to 17:30. The rose museum inside the park offers preferential policies on public holidays and legal holidays for students: minors under 18 years old (excluding 18 years old) with valid documents, children under 1. 2 meters in height must be accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian.
