DaXu Mountain Waterfall Cluster is located in Datian Chong Village, Jitian Town, Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County, 12 kilometers away from the county town. It is a pristine natural ecological tourist area and was designated as one of the first batch of tourism key poverty alleviation projects in Guangdong Province in 2002. The scenic area features towering mountains, dense forests, clear streams, undulating terrain, and clusters of waterfalls, with particularly fresh air. Adhering to the pursuit of ‘nature’, the mountain paths and pavilions for visitors to view the waterfalls are in harmony with the surrounding environment. The pavilions are constructed with tree bark and bamboo, appearing simple yet charming. Visitors can enjoy the spectacle and playfulness of the waterfalls at DaXu Mountain. The ‘Banana Stone Melodious Qin’ scenic area, with its dense banana plantations and meandering streams, is tranquil and beautiful. Due to the dense distribution of waterfalls and the varying terrain and water volume, it presents a diverse waterfall landscape, including the fascinating White Crane Rock Waterfall, Wild Banana Forest Waterfall, and Old Turtle Pond Waterfall, forming a unique cluster of waterfalls at DaXu Mountain. The opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 all year round, with specific times subject to on-site announcements. Preferential policies include: 1. Free admission for children under 1.1 meters in height; free admission for seniors aged 65 and above. 2. Discounted tickets for children 1.1 meters to 1.4 meters in height and seniors aged 60 to 65.
