Dayun Nature Park is bordered by the red line of the Sports New City in the north, Longkou Reservoir in the south, the border between Shenzhen and Dongguan in the west, and the middle of Dayun in the east. It covers an area of approximately 9.45 square kilometers in total, and the construction land is about 4.55 square kilometers. It forms a section that runs through the entire central city area of Longgang.
It is a relatively large park in Shenzhen with sports as the theme. Dayun Nature Park has four major theme constructions: 1. Youth theme; 2. Sports theme; 3. Ecological theme; 4. Cultural and artistic theme. To express the cultural and artistic theme, a commemorative sculpture garden, land art, and public art are set up in the park. After the event, activities such as painting exhibitions and concerts are held. Even representative works with Chinese characteristics are created with contemporary design techniques, incorporating reflections on local history and culture.
