Xuancai Wanmu Yuan Rural Tourism Scenic Area is located 30 kilometers away from the main urban area of Chongqing City. The scenic area, with its mountains, waters, undulating hills, and lush seedling forests, boasts beautiful scenery and covers an area of 2400 acres. It is composed of seven distinct zones: Flower and Tree Viewing Area, Garden Science Popularization Experience Area, Theme Photography Area, Wedding Celebration Area, Ecological Leisure Area, Health and Leisure Area, and Service Reception Area.
The Flower and Tree Viewing Area spans 1100 acres and features a large-scale planting of nearly 100 varieties of ornamental trees and shrubs, including magnolia, red plum, red leaf plum, beauty plum, red maple, golden maple, old man palm, thousand layer gold, small leaf banyan, and French plane tree, totaling over 100,000 plants. These plants offer a splendid visual feast as they bloom and change with the seasons.
The viewing platform, situated at a high point in the Flower and Tree Viewing Area, offers an expansive view and is an excellent spot for flower appreciation and photography. From the platform, visitors can overlook the vast sea of trees in full bloom, creating a breathtaking scene that is highly favored by tourists and photography enthusiasts.
