Deshou Mountain Tourism Area spans over 23,000 acres with a forest coverage rate of 98%. It boasts over 250,000 planted yew trees and 350,000 golden nanmu trees. The area features 18 peaks with elevations ranging from 645 meters to 1517 meters, making it an ideal place for leisure.
Currently, the Deshou Mountain Tourism Area consists of three sightseeing areas: The Visitor Service Center Comprehensive Area, which includes a hotel, restaurant, parking lot, waterfall beach joy square, and stream tracing corridor.
The Wanhua Valley Trail Area includes the Cloud Ladder, Zixiao Garden, Cherry Blossom Valley, Rhododendron Valley, Yew Forest, Golden Nanmu Forest, and four waterfalls such as Qinglongtan and Yudai Curtain, as well as online check-in spots like the Flying Bridge and Big Stone Wall. The airship experience is also located in this area.
The Lu Mingdong Health Center Area includes the Niulang Mountaintop sunrise viewing platform, alpine grasslands, Lu Ming Lake, Lu Ming Residence, tent campsite, and projects like the seven-color grass sliding and children’s playground.
Additionally, the scenic area plans to build 108 four-star health hotel rooms, currently in use of 50 rooms, 54 tent camps, and is equipped with restaurants and sports and leisure facilities.
The opening hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 all year round. Preferential policies include free admission for children under 1.2 meters tall (excluding) accompanied by adults, free for seniors over 65 years old (excluding), free for active-duty soldiers with valid identification, and free for the disabled with valid identification.
