Must-see tips for soaking in hot springs: Seven taboos: 1. Before entering the hot spring, please read and abide by the regulations of each hot spring management unit. For example, do not wear clothes, do not wipe your body in the water, and do not use soap. Such regulations are mainly to prevent damage to the hot spring water quality. Then, please take a shower first. After washing your body, you can enter the pool and soak.

This is courtesy and also public morality. 2. Not every kind of hot spring is suitable for soaking. Do not soak in overly hot or overly acidic springs. A temperature of 30-45 degrees is more appropriate. When entering the hot spring pool, in addition to not scrubbing your body, do not exercise or kick in the pool. The correct way is to lie quietly in the hot spring pool and enjoy the feeling of the hot spring seeping into your body.

3. The soaking time in the hot spring depends on personal needs and the spring temperature. Generally speaking, a single session should not exceed 15 minutes, and three sessions per day should be the limit. 4. Try to avoid soaking in the hot spring immediately before or after a meal. It is more appropriate to have at least a 60-minute interval after a meal. 5. After a long journey, it is not advisable to take a hot spring bath immediately.

It is recommended to take a short rest first. Wait until your physical strength recovers before soaking in the hot spring pool. 6. People who are prone to insomnia are suitable for slightly warm hot springs. You can lie down and soak slightly. If you feel nauseous or have palpitations, it is not advisable to soak any longer. People with special physiological conditions should pay attention on their own.

7. Generally, after getting up from the hot spring pool, there is no need to rinse with clean water again. However, when the spring water concentration is too high, it is still necessary to rinse again to avoid adverse effects.
