Ding’s Guanglu Gong Ancestral Hall is located in Rongcheng District, Jieyang City. It was built in the fourth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty. Its owner, Ding Richang, has successively held positions such as the Taotai of Suzhou, Songjiang and Taicang, the governor of Jiangsu, the governor of Fujian, and the minister in charge of affairs of various countries. He is one of the well-known Westernization figures in modern China. Ding’s Guanglu Gong Ancestral Hall is divided into three groups of buildings: the central route, the east route, and the west route. The central route is an ancestral hall with three bays and three depths. On the left and right sides are residential houses and private schools.
