Dongguan Keyuan Museum

The museum is a thematic institution that relies on the Keyuan garden architecture, collecting, displaying, and researching classical garden architecture and Lingnan School cultural relics. It is dedicated to spreading Lingnan architectural culture and the art of the Lingnan School. It is a public cultural facility that embodies Dongguan’s cultural characteristics and is imbued with a modern atmosphere. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday to Sunday from 09:30 to 17:30 all year round; closed all day on Tuesdays; during New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day from 09:00 to 17:30. During winter and summer vacations (as announced by the Dongguan Municipal Education Bureau): 09:00 to 17:30 (entry and clearing at 17:00).
Preferential policies include free admission for children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) or under 1.2 meters in height. Free admission for elderly men over 60 and women over 55 with valid identification documents [those without relevant documents will be charged the original price or offered discounts based on group tour (organization) preferential policies]. Free admission for military personnel (active, retired, or meritorious) with valid documents. Free admission for disabled individuals with the ‘People’s Republic of China Disability Certificate’. Free admission for low-income/five-guarantee households with relevant documents confirmed by the civil affairs department. Free admission for firefighters (on duty, retired, or disabled) and fire rescue academy students with valid documents.
