The Dongjiang Column Memorial Hall in Pingshan was completed in May 2000. It consists of a hall, exhibition halls, a cultural relics hall, and a monument with the names of martyrs. The exhibition hall is divided into thirteen parts, vividly displaying the historical feats of the Dongjiang Column, the Guangdong-Guangxi Column, and the Guangdong-Jiangxi-Hunan Border Column in their battles in the north and south, promoting the patriotic spirit of the Chinese nation and conducting revolutionary traditional education for teenagers. Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year from 09:00 to 17:00; closed all day on Monday throughout the year; open from 08:30 to 17:00 on New Year’s Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day. During school winter and summer vacations: Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 08:30 to 17:00, closed on Mondays.
