Every city has a mother river. The Dongjiang River is Huizhou’s mother river. Within the urban area, it runs across Huicheng District in a ‘V’ shape from east to west and meets the Xizhijiang River in the city, dividing the city into Jiangnan and Jiangbei new towns. Taking a Dongjiang River cruise is undoubtedly a great way to tour Huizhou. On the slowly moving cruise ship, enjoying the scenery on both sides and quietly experiencing this ancient and leisurely city is also a pleasure.
Opening hours: There is one cruise at 19:30 and one at 20:30 from Tuesday to Sunday. Closed on Monday.
