Dongming Mountain National Forest Park is located in Yuhang, a branch of the Tianmu Mountain Range, situated in the core area of Liangzhu culture. It is adjacent to Dongtao Stream in the south and Anci Ancient Town in the north, 20 kilometers away from the center of Hangzhou. The park covers an area of over 6,000 acres, with the highest peak reaching an altitude of 459.9 meters. It boasts a forest coverage rate of over 95%, lush vegetation, abundant flora and fauna, excellent ecological environment, and a climate that is warm in winter and cool in summer, with an average annual temperature of 14.8-15.7 degrees Celsius.
The park features a wealth of natural and cultural landscapes, including Dongming Temple, Gu Yun Zen Master Pagoda, and Qunxian Taoist Temple, integrating Taoist and Confucian cultures. It is a comprehensive provincial-level national forest park. Open all year round from 08:30 to 17:00.
