The Tianhou Palace in front of Dongshan Palace is a traditional timber-framed civil architecture with a hard mountain top. It faces south and is located by the mountain and facing the sea. It has three bays in width and three bays in depth. In the main hall hangs a wooden plaque bestowed by Emperor Kangxi in the 23rd year of Kangxi’s reign.
