The double-sided sea and small fishbone sandbar is located at the southern end of Jinfeng Bay, Qixia Village, Chencheng Town, Dongshan County, Fujian Province. Here is the intersection of the East China Sea and the South China Sea, near the Tropic of Cancer. The formation of the sandbar benefits from the intersection of the inland sea (Xipu Bay) and the open sea (the Pacific Ocean and the Taiwan Strait). Two ocean currents continuously bring sand. Under the combined action of tides and wind, this sandbar in the shape of a fishbone has gradually formed. Whenever the tide ebbs, this sandbar lies quietly on the sea surface like a huge fishbone, waiting for people to explore. The double-sided sea and small fishbone sandbar is named because of its unique double-sided landscape. On one side is the rough sea with surging waves and majestic momentum. On the other side is the calm shallow water area with clear seawater and a white sand beach like snow. This strong contrast makes people seem to be in two completely different worlds and feel the magic and charm of nature.
