The Duohe Cultural Valley Scenic Area is located in Yonggan Village, Xinghai South Road, Qionghai (old road from Qionghai city to Boao). The scenic area, built to the 3A standards of the National Tourism Administration, covers an area of over 160 acres and was initially constructed in 1986. It has been honored as one of the ‘Top 10 Special Scenic Spots in Hainan in 2011’ and ‘Hainan Thousand Miles Cultural Demonstration Point’. It is the only theme scenic area in Hainan that focuses on the local culture of the Wanquan River, known as the mother river of Hainan.
