The East China Grand Rift Valley Scenic Area is located at Dajiwu, Ningdun Town, Ningguo City, Anhui Province, at the northern foot of Tianmu Mountain on the border of Anhui and Zhejiang provinces. The location of the East China Grand Rift Valley is very superior. There are high-speed connections with Nanjing, Hefei, Wuhu, Ma’anshan, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Zhenjiang and others. The East China Grand Rift Valley belongs to the geological structure of a large rift valley. Due to the rising effect of the hot mantle, it arches in a dome shape where the mantle convection rises, causing regional tension. Here, the rock (layer) continues to thin, resulting in the rupture and subsidence of the dome axis and the formation of a rift valley. The scenic area has a ring structure and is completely closed. On both sides of the valley, there are cliffs and sheer walls everywhere, and huge waterfalls hang high. All year round, it presents different colors at all times and is completely natural.
