Originally introduced from Dandong in 1990, this cherry blossom forest consists of Yoshino cherry trees. With their robust trunks and rapid scenery development, these trees have become a well-known spot for early-blooming cherry blossoms in the back mountain area.
As visitors journey from the southern part of the cherry garden, they traverse a deep and winding western bamboo path leading to the north. Here, they are greeted by a stunning sea of cherry blossoms that leap into view. The dark green backdrop of the oil pines enhances the delicate beauty of the flower colors.
When a gentle breeze passes through, the cherry blossom trees sway, and the scattered petals flutter with the wind. This creates a picturesque scene that is as beautiful as a poem or painting.
The cherry blossom forest is open to the public all year round and is accessible 24 hours a day, allowing visitors to enjoy its beauty at any time.
