Former Residence of Li Mingzhong

The former residence of Li Mingzhong was the former residence of Li Mingzhong, the former commander-in-chief of the Beijing Guard of the National Government and the general senator of the Senate of the National Government, in Tianjin. It was built in 1920. It is located on Joffre Road in Tianjin at that time, and now it is No. 11, Huayuan Road, Heping District. It is currently used as an office by the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association.


The former residence is a two-story brick-wood mixed structure building with a basement. The building facade is finished with cement, and the top is flat. The entrance of the building is a sloping step. There is a square small foyer on the step. On the right side of the first floor of the building, there is a convex arc-shaped living room, which is decorated with a metal guardrail balcony. The courtyard wall of the former residence is equipped with a semi-enclosed metal guardrail.


It is a building in eclectic style.



Opening hours: From January 1st to December 31st, it is open all day. It is not open to the public. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
