Shenzhen F518 Fashion and Creative Park, a key cultural industry project in the ‘Eleventh Five-Year Plan’ for Shenzhen City and Bao’an District, is located in the core area of Bao’an Central District. It was completed on December 7, 2007, with a total planned construction area of 250,000 square meters. The first phase covers about 60,000 square meters with a construction area of approximately 140,000 square meters, with a total investment of 350 million yuan. The park consists of six major themed areas: Shenzhen Creative Masters No.1 Workstation, F518 Creative Front, Shenzhen Contemporary Art Creation Warehouse, Taste Street, F518 Creative Exhibition Center, and Qian’an Art Hotel, along with apartments and parking lots.
