Guiyuan Town in Fairy Mountain is situated in the southern part of Wulong District, Chongqing, adjacent to the Wujiang Gallery in the west, and located within the Fairy Mountain National Tourism Resort. It serves as the celestial bridge between Fairy Mountain and White Horse Mountain, approximately a 3-hour drive from the main urban area of Chongqing. The scenic area covers about 926 acres, at an altitude of 1200 meters, with lush vegetation and a pleasant climate, offering a rich variety of recreational activities.

Developed by Lingyu Cultural Tourism Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., it integrates geological wonders such as karst caves, fissures, peak forests, cliffs, sinkholes, and grasslands, along with cultural heritages like old tea houses and the Ran’s Ancestral Hall, forming a three-dimensional representation of the Karst landscape from nature to culture. The scenic area is composed of five major sections: geological wonders, natural exploration, agricultural experience, child play art, and light luxury vacation.

Among them, the billion-year-old wonder of the small swallow’s nest, with its cliff echoes and high-altitude Qingyun, is the twin Tiankeng of Wulong; the adventurous sacred place of Tiger Fortress, with its water-falling confusion and tiger’s den danger, is the high point of the scenic area, symbolizing the combination of Yin and Yang with the small swallow’s nest; the interlaced stone forest of the tilled fields and the artistic marks of the old tea house, with seeds and insect fun, neighbors and local customs, along with the hermitage of watching mountains and waters and the leisurely vacation houses, tell the story of an ancient village’s dialogue with the present: every brick and tile, every stone and rafter, is a billion-year wait and a hundred-year return.

Together with the old tea house, Zhixin Hall restaurant, cliff library, waiting for the mountain villa, and Haoyuan homestay, they interweave into a soulful canvas of pastoral good life. The scenic area is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
