Fanhua Zen Realm is located 10 kilometers southwest of Liangping District, Chongqing. It is mainly composed of景点 such as Mandala Square, gorgeous flower fields, lotus pond water street, equinox flower valley, and Mandala flower mountain. In spring, the vegetation is lush and the Sanskrit flowers are in full bloom. The eyes are full of wild interest in the idle mountains, and the Zen realm lingers. In summer, the mountain wind blows strongly, and a hundred lotuses compete to bloom.
On the equinox flower slope, there is a feeling of being extraordinary and transcendent, as if ascending to immortality. In the clear autumn days, looking into the distance at the skyline, one can see the ancient Shihua stockade in the clouds and overlook the ancestral court of Zen in Shuanggui. In winter, the mountains are covered with ice and snow, and rime is everywhere, giving rise to a pure heart. Buddhist scriptures were originally written in Sanskrit. Therefore, all things related to Buddhism are called ‘Sanskrit’, and in Buddhism, flowers are called ‘Hua’. The pure land of the Buddha country recorded in Buddhist scriptures is also a world full of lotuses and blooming flowers. ‘Fanhua Zen Realm’ aims to present the purity and beauty of the pure land of the Buddha country to the world.
