Feng Yue Painted Gatehouse

The Feng Yue Painted Gatehouse is the gate of the former residence of Feng Yue, a minister of the Ministry of Punishments in the Ming Dynasty. Built in 1610 by Emperor Shenzong of the Ming Dynasty, the main structure of the building is painted with various vivid and lively patterns. Antique and majestic, it is a well-preserved Ming Dynasty gatehouse with painted and carved decorations in eastern Zhejiang. Opening hours: Open all year round from 8:00 to 20:00.
