Located at the summit of Yuanlong Mountain within Yuanlong Mountain Park, the museum houses a representative of Fenggang’s historical architecture – the watchtower, numerous folk art pieces, and historical materials on the resistance of the people of Fenggang against the British, the War of Resistance against Japan, and the revolutionary wars, with a collection of nearly 500 artifacts. The museum is divided into four exhibition halls:
The first exhibition hall, Fenggang’s Origins, primarily showcases the 120 watchtowers of Fenggang and the historical changes of Hakka history, focusing on the migration history and overseas Chinese historical culture of Fenggang.

The second exhibition hall, Folk Culture, features artifacts, folk art, and folk customs, presenting a comprehensive scene with 186 collected folk artifacts.

The third exhibition hall, Struggle Against the Enemy, mainly displays historical materials on the resistance of the people of Fenggang against the British, the War of Resistance against Japan, and the revolutionary wars, showing the town’s people’s determination and heroic actions in the anti-invasion struggle through 30 collected revolutionary artifacts, photographs, and dynamic models.


The fourth exhibition hall, Today’s Fenggang, comprehensively displays the tremendous achievements made by Fenggang since the founding of the People’s Republic of China through text, sculptures, paintings, and objects, with a total of 278 artifacts collected in the hall. Open all year round from 08:30 to 12:00 and 14:30 to 17:30.
