Fenjiezhou Island, located at the boundary between Lingshui County and Wanning City in Hainan Province, is a breathtakingly beautiful islet. Admission to Fenjiezhou Island includes round-trip ferry tickets. The docks are constructed from logs, exuding a strong tropical charm. The ferry ride, aboard a speedboat, takes about 10 minutes to reach the island. Upon disembarking, visitors arrive at the Fenjiezhou Island Visitor Center.
Fenjiezhou Island offers not only marine tourism activities such as diving, fishing, and motorboating but also interactive programs that allow visitors to get up close and personal with marine animals like dolphins, sea lions, and turtles. Additionally, there is a fully submerged underwater sightseeing submarine, a coral area where live corals coexist with coral specimens, and a sea porcelain area showcasing the culture of the South China Sea’s sea salvage porcelain, among many other marine attractions that provide visitors with unique oceanic experiences.
The diving conditions on Fenjiezhou Island are exceptional. Besides a vast array of well-preserved live coral reefs, the seabed also features mysterious ancient shipwrecks, statues of the Seven Lucky Gods, underwater villages, old fighter planes, and a variety of colorful marine life. International diving organizations consider it one of the islands in Hainan that are particularly suitable for diving.

The opening hours are as follows: January 1st to November 8th from 08:30 to 22:30; November 10th to December 31st from 08:30 to 22:30; November 9th from 08:30 to 16:00. 1. Departure times for the island: 08:30 to 20:00 (it is recommended to arrive before 16:00); departure times from the island: 09:00 to 22:40 (if there is no night show, the latest time to arrive on the island is 17:30, and the latest time to leave the island is 18:00). 2. Devil ray interaction times: 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, and 17:30, with adjustments made according to the stability of the devil rays at the time. 4.
