Located at the junction of Fujian and Guangdong provinces, the ‘First City of Fujian and Guangdong’ is situated in the border area between Zhangzhou’s Zhao’an County and Chaozhou’s Raoyang County, specifically at a place called Fen Shuiguan. In 1994, a Hong Kong businessman of Chaoyang origin with the surname Chen saw potential in this location and invested over two hundred million yuan to build a leisure resort for foreign merchants at the border of Fujian and Guangdong, which is the ‘First City of Fujian and Guangdong’.
The ‘First City of Fujian and Guangdong’ covers an area of more than 30,000 acres, featuring a ballroom, restaurants, beauty and fitness centers, and villa resorts, offering everything for ‘eating, drinking, playing, and having fun’. Over the years, it has been open for visitors for sightseeing and entertainment without charging admission fees, showcasing the generosity and wealth of the Chen family.
Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00 all year round, with sightseeing shuttle services operating from 09:00 to 18:00. The Flying Play Tribe is open from 09:00 to 18:00.
Preferential policies: Children under 1.2m (not including) are admitted for free, and seniors aged 70 and above (including) are admitted for free.
