The predecessor of the Folk Museum is Tongyin Hospital. The building has a history of more than one hundred years and has a strong Western architectural style. After restoration and renovation, the original architectural layout has been retained, with one scene in each room. The museum vividly reproduces the scenes of clothing, food, housing and transportation, life, production, and festival etiquette of the people of Xiaolan with themes such as traditional festival food, wedding customs, weaving, Tuwei wine industry, barbershop, and the development of the film industry, evoking people’s memories of past lives.
