The Food Fantasy Museum is located at No. 58, Quanzhou Road, Gulangyu Island, Xiamen. All the exhibits in the museum are the works of food model maker Sean Lau.
The design and production of the museum are inspired by the Food Fantasy Museum in Penang, Malaysia. It has won the 2017 InPenang Penang Museum of the Year, the 2019 InPenang Penang Tourist Attraction of the Year, and the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for two consecutive years.
Exaggerated yet realistic and surreal Xiamen delicacies and Chinese food cultures are presented before your eyes. The food items here are not only huge but also full of different crazy creative aspects. They are highly realistic, allowing you to interact with the food and take pictures to your heart’s content, and use your creativity to take various interesting photos. It’s really interesting.
The museum displays food artworks carefully created by artists with extremely realistic shapes. You can enjoy a collection of Chinese delicacies from Xiamen and other parts of China, which will surely whet your appetite.
