The Former Imperial Court of Jiaozhou, located at De County Road in the southern district, was constructed from the spring of 1912 to April 1914. It features a two-story brick, stone, and wood structure with a red tile Mansard roof, yellow roughcast walls with shallow pilasters, and a mushroom stone base, embodying the robust and rugged characteristics of German architecture. Initially, it served as the office building for the Imperial Court of Jiaozhou, later becoming the seat for various courts in Qingdao, and is now used by the Southern District Procuratorate. Open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
