The Former Italian Consulate Site is located on the west side of the north end of Dongtai Ping Street, boasting a long history and featuring a European neoclassical architectural style. It faces east and is oriented towards the west, with a four-sided sloped roof originally covered in green tiles (later changed to red tiles) and an attic. The structure is a two-story brick-concrete mix, with an L-shaped floor plan. The east façade on the second floor features a semicircular bay window, above which is a scenic balcony adorned with a bottle-shaped railing.
