The memorial hall was formerly the Hong’an Hotel built in the period of the Republic of China. The building faces east from west. It is composed of a three-story main building with a width of 8.5 meters and a depth of 10.29 meters of brick-concrete structure and a two-story auxiliary building with a width of 4.42 meters and a depth of 12.05 meters of brick-wood structure on its west side, covering an area of about 240 square meters.
