The warehouse located at No. 1295 and No. 1305 South Suzhou Road was Du Yuesheng’s private granary in 1933. Now it has become the studios of artists. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 30 artist warehouses on the bank of the Suzhou River. Coupled with the scattered artist warehouses on both sides of the Suzhou River, there are more than 100 studios of artists such as painters, architects, designers, advertisers, and video artists along the Suzhou River. These old warehouses are home to about 1,000 art workers. Open all year round and all day.
