The Huang Feihong Memorial Hall is located in the heart of Foshan City, just north of the tourist attraction – Ancestral Temple, covering an area of more than 5,000 square meters. The entire memorial hall is designed in the style of a two-story, two-depth, and three-bay imitation Qing Dynasty wok eared architectural style, featuring exhibition halls, a movie hall, a martial arts hall, and a martial arts patio. Inside, the memorial hall displays the life and deeds of Huang Feihong, showcasing nearly 70 years of various literary and artistic works related to Huang Feihong, as well as thousands of precious cultural relics. Many of these relics were provided and donated by individuals both domestically and internationally. The architectural style of the Huang Feihong Memorial Hall is a typical example of ancient Chinese architecture, with every brick and tile highlighting the tradition and grandeur of Lingnan ancient architecture, while also preserving the traditional residential compound architectural standards. The architectural components of the memorial hall, from the beam frames, column bases, brick carvings, eaves boards, screens, doors, and windows to the railings, are all made from old materials collected, allowing visitors to truly feel the historical traces and the charm of Lingnan. The memorial hall is open all year round from 08:30 to 17:45, and the opening hours of the scenic area are subject to on-site announcements.
