The archway is one of the eight scenic spots of Castle Peak Monastery. It was built in 1929 to commemorate Cecil Clementi’s two tours of Castle Peak. The name of the founder of the archway is engraved on it. The archway has four columns and three bays, with a single-story hip-roofed soaring style. There are buildings in the bays, but no buildings on both sides. On the front of the archway are four majestic characters ‘Xianghai Famous Mountain’ engraved on a horizontal plaque of the Ming Dynasty.
