Baiyun Mountain is located within the territory of Muyun Township and Xiaoyang Town in the northwest of Fuan City. The main peak has an altitude of 1450 meters and is one of the two highest peaks in eastern Fujian. There are five scenic areas planned, namely Baiyun Mountain, Jiulong Cave, Longting Canyon, Huanglan Canyon, and Jinzhong Mountain. To the west, it adjoins Guanshan in Zhouning County at Longting Creek.
To the north, it is bounded by Fengyang in Shouning County across Huanglan Lake. The planned area is 96 square kilometers. At the foot of the mountain, there are mainly five streams, including Longting Creek, Shouyang Creek, Chan Creek, Huanglan Creek, and Xiu Creek. The landscape resources are extremely rich, mainly including unique geological wonders, beautiful and diverse mountain and canyon scenery, wonderful and magical ‘Buddha’s halo’ wonderland, rare and diverse biological populations, and ancient and multi-source cultural heritages.Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 17:30 from January 1st to December 31st. Preferential policies:
Children: Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) or under 6 years old are exempt from scenic area tickets. Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) or under 6 years old are exempt from sightseeing bus fares. Minors aged 6 to 18 years old (with identity card proof) and children with a height between 1.2 meters (including) and 1.5 meters (excluding) enjoy half-price scenic area tickets.
Disabled people: Disabled people with disability certificates issued by the national disabled persons’ federation are exempt from scenic area tickets.
