Fugai Mountain is located at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, 9 kilometers south of Nianbadu Town, Jiangshan City. The mountain rocks are like lids covering the jungle. It is a place to truly experience the uncanny workmanship of nature. If you are interested in exploring niche mountains, Fugai Mountain is a must-see when in Jiangshan. Exploring caves in Fugai Mountain is one of the interesting ways to play. Various caves of different sizes are tortuous and circuitous. It is a natural expansion base full of wild fun. Another characteristic of it is that it straddles Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces. Standing on the top, you can overlook the junction of the three provinces. If you are lucky, you can see the sea of clouds. There is no means of transportation such as cableways on the mountain, so you can only walk the whole way. There are two ways to go up the mountain, one is an adventure route (cave exploration), and the other is a flight of steps. However, these two routes are intertwined. There is a flight of steps next to almost every cave, and tourists can choose freely. Of course, the adventure route can better appreciate the magic of Fugai Mountain. The relatively famous scenic spot in the mountain is the Fugai Stone, which gives the mountain its name. According to local legend, it is like an official hat, so it has always been highly worshipped. The maze under the Fugai Stone is very challenging due to the narrow roads and is very popular. The Guanyin Stone at a higher place is also one of the top attractions in the mountain. However, it looks more vivid from the foot of the mountain. At the higher part of Fugai Mountain, you can have a panoramic view of the scenery of Zhejiang and Fujian on both sides. The thatched cottage at the end of the scenic area allows you to see three provinces at a glance. The transportation to Fugai Mountain is not convenient. The bus can only reach the foot of the mountain, and the ticket office is on the mountainside. It takes about 30 minutes to walk up from the foot of the mountain. Several scenic spots in Jiangshan, such as Fugai Mountain, Qingyang Village, Jianglang Mountain, and Nianbadu, are very suitable for self-driving or chartering a car for a day or two to visit together. The road to Fugai Mountain passes through Fengling Pass, an important pass of the Xianxia Ancient Road, which is worth a stop. The pass overgrown with weeds is quite vicissitudes.
