Located within the Peach Blossom Spring scenic area, at the foot of Jinyin Mountain, Fuxi Cave stands out with its impressive dimensions. The cave reaches a height of 79 meters, with a width of 50 meters at its broadest point and an average width of 30 meters. According to Chinese cave experts, it is one of the largest and most beautiful caves they have ever seen.

Inside the cave, there is an underground river, which is the source of Peach Blossom Stream. The cave is adorned with stalactites, strange rocks, and a variety of unique formations. It serves as an excellent passage connecting the Peach Blossom Spring scenic area with the Jinyin Mountain National Forest Park.

The entire cave complex is vast and majestic, featuring spacious halls, winding corridors, steep canyons, deep underground rivers, and colorful stalactites, presenting a beautiful landscape. The cave is characterized by its tall stalagmites, clusters of stalactites, hanging stone curtains, towering stone pillars, low stone draperies, cascading stone waterfalls, and the deep underground river.

The scale of the cave, the diversity of its features, the richness of its colors, the multi-period formation, the disparity in the size of the deposits, and the density of stalagmite and stalactite development are all rare in China’s caves. It can be considered a collection of cave and karst landscapes, earning the title of an ‘underground paradise’.

The cave is open all year round, 24 hours a day, with specific operating conditions subject to daily opening status.
