The entire park covers an area of about 10 hectares and is divided into two major parts: the northern half and the southern half.
The northern half features artificial landscapes and is divided into several areas: the Ancient Cycas Remembrance Area, the Camellia Area, the Osmanthus Area, the Banyan Recreation Area, the Bamboo Garden Area, the Rare Tree Garden Area, the Tropical Style Area, the Water Viewing Area, and the Shady Relaxation Area.

The southern part imitates the natural scenery of lakes and mountains, with mountains, lakes, and islands. It is lush with trees and filled with the fragrance of flowers and the chirping of birds.

Entering from the main entrance, at the east end is an open-air music square that can accommodate hundreds of people. On both sides of the square are patterns formed by different plants, featuring a typical European style. The music square is the main venue for large-scale events. Every Spring Festival, the park holds a large-scale tulip exhibition. The tulip bulbs are directly imported from the Netherlands, about 300,000 plants in total. The colorful tulips bloom in full competition, and the park almost becomes a sea of tulips.

In the Ancient Cycas Garden Area, there are more than 30 cycads, including Cycas revoluta, Cycas pectinata, Zamia furfuracea, Cycas siamensis, etc. Among them, the thousand-year-old cycad king is over 5 meters tall.

The Camellia Area is planted with precious camellias. Three of the camellia kings are rare both inside and outside the province.

The Osmanthus Area forms a circular layout with tall osmanthus trees as the core, presenting a unique style.

In the Bamboo Garden Area, 13 varieties of bamboos are planted, such as Phyllostachys aureosulcata spectabilis and Bambusa multiplex, showing an elegant and serene charm.

Entering through the west gate, there is a large fountain surrounded by flowers. When night falls and the lights are on, the crystal-clear fountain suddenly becomes colorful, adding a beautiful scenery line to the night view of Wenquan Park.

After crossing the small bridge, there is a green wall formed by Pyrostegia venusta. Whenever it blooms in spring, the golden small flowers are dotted on the green wall.

The southern part of the park imitates the natural scenery of lakes and mountains, showing visitors a natural landscape.

In Rongfang Garden, more than 20 kinds of plants are planted, including Ficus microcarpa, Ficus virens, Ficus lyrata, Ficus elastica var. variegata, etc., and are accompanied by banyan tree shapes trimmed into various forms, showing the characteristics of the “City of Banyans”.

The Rare Tree Garden Area has introduced rare trees such as Ginkgo biloba, Taiwania cryptomerioides, Keteleeria fortunei, Taxus chinensis, Abies fabri, Cedrus deodara, Sciadopitys verticillata, Dendrobenthamia hongkongensis, Altingia gracilipes, Acer spp.

The lawn extends to the lakeside, and the lake water is almost at the same height as the shore. In summer, the water lilies in the lake ripple with the waves, and the red carp swim and play in the waves.

Hundreds and thousands of white pigeons fly in the Pigeon Square.

Opening hours: Open from 5:30 to 22:00 throughout the year.
