The Gankeng River Greenway starts at the Shenzhen Environmental Science Research Institute and ends at the Gankeng Reservoir, spanning a total length of 1 kilometer. The greenway features river-side walkways, scenic bridges, and other check-in spots.
Due to its proximity to the Gankeng Ancient Town, it also incorporates Hakka elements.
The Gankeng River Greenway is designed with a forest exploration zone, an ecological experience zone, a mountain stream trace zone, and five distinctive waterfront landscape nodes, making it rich in tourist resources.
