Ganzhou Polar Ocean World is located beside the National Highway 105 in Shuixi Huangsha’ao, Zhanggong District. It features 98 exhibition tanks with a total water volume of over 25,000 tons, displaying more than 300 species of marine life, including critically endangered species and national first and second-level protected animals such as beluga whales, polar bears, dolphins, sturgeons, Yangtze alligators, and fish, with tens of thousands of individuals. The park consists of nine major exhibition areas, three major performances, and five interactive experiences; including the Amazon Tropical Rainforest Zone, Intertidal Zone, Marine Coral Reef Fish Zone, Shark Zone, Underwater Tunnel Zone, Polar Animal Zone, Fantasy Jellyfish Zone, and Science Popularization Exhibition Experience Zone. The Dolphin Bay Theater, Beluga Love Theater, and Mermaid Theater highlight performances featuring sea lions, dolphins, belugas, mermaids, and shark dances. Additionally, interactive activities such as diving, dolphin sonar rehabilitation experiences, sea turtle fishing, and seal feeding are conducted.
Opening hours are from 09:00 to 17:00 all year round. Preferential policies include: Children under 1.0 meters (not including) must be accompanied by an adult, with one adult allowed to bring one free child. Elderly people aged 80 and above enter free with their ID card (must be accompanied by an adult). Children/Elderly between 1.0 meters (including) and 1.3 meters (including), and elderly aged 70 to 79 (inclusive) with valid identification receive half-price admission. College and vocational students with valid student IDs (excluding primary, middle, high school, graduate, and adult undergraduate students) receive a discount. Disabled people, active-duty soldiers, and journalists with valid identification receive a discount. Tour guides with valid identification also receive a discount.

Restrooms are available at various locations, including to the right of the ticket office, inside the venue near the Mermaid Theater, and near the Dolphin Bay Theater on the second floor, with clear signs.
