The Gao Fenghan Memorial Hall, currently occupying an area of 17 acres with over 2000 square meters of building space, is affiliated with the Jiaozhou City Museum. It serves primarily as a cultural and educational institution dedicated to collecting Gao Fenghan’s artistic works, researching his life and artistic achievements, and providing public education and propaganda. The memorial hall consists of several main parts including the former residence, exhibition rooms, a cemetery, and additional facilities. The former residence includes the Nanzhai, Chuncaotang, Shi’aoguan, Beitang, Zhuxiting, and Nanzhai Pond. The interior display is rich in content, allowing visitors to understand Gao Fenghan’s family background and personal history. There are five exhibition rooms in total: the first exhibition room provides a brief introduction to Gao Fenghan’s life; the second and third rooms showcase his artistic achievements; the fourth and fifth rooms are for temporary exhibitions. The opening hours are closed all day on Mondays and open from 08:30 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 from Tuesdays to Sundays throughout the year, with specific opening hours subject to on-site announcements at the scenic area.


Must-see tips include: 1. Do not bring any dangerous items such as flammable and explosive materials, controlled knives, lighters, liquid substances, and pets into the venue. 2. Drunkards, those improperly dressed, and individuals without or with limited behavioral capacity without the company of a guardian are not allowed to enter. 3. Elderly, disabled, and young children must be accompanied by friends or family members when visiting. 4. Please keep your valuables safe when visiting the exhibition. 5. Smoking or using open flames is strictly prohibited inside the venue. 6. Please do not make loud noises and set your mobile phones to silent mode to avoid disturbing others. 7. Do not use flash or tripods inside the exhibition rooms. 8. Please respect public facilities, do not touch exhibits, and avoid climbing or lying down. 9. Maintain the cleanliness of the venue by not littering.
