The Golden Avenue Resort is an integrated complex featuring hotels, conventions, leisure, performances, and entertainment. The Golden Avenue project is expected to be developed in three phases across seven plots, and it is still under construction. Upon completion, it will house approximately twenty large hotels, offering around 60,000 rooms, multiple large shopping centers, several convention venues, and multiple large-scale performance venues. The resort is open all year round and operates 24/7.
