Located at the eastern corner of the South Heavenly Gate in the East China Sea, the Daguan Pavilion was originally built by Chaoyin, the abbot of Puji Temple, during the mid-Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty (1690-1698).
In 1985, it was returned to the Buddhist Association, and in 1996, the Yuantong Bao Dian and other structures were reconstructed on the original site. A white jade Guanyin statue holding a lotus stands in the center, with Lion Rock to the right, which features numerous Qing Dynasty cliff inscriptions. There are currently 12 halls with a total construction area of 349 square meters. The opening hours are subject to the daily operational status.Daguan Pavilion
