This is a brand-new maritime route for visiting the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Departing from Shekou Wharf, the journey lasts 180 minutes, with two crossings under the bridge. You will witness the passage of large cruise ships through the Qingzhou Channel and admire the beautiful views of Lingding Island, the Western Artificial Island of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, and Shekou’s mother port. Previously, to visit the bridge, one had to travel to Zhuhai by boat, but now it’s just within reach, making it incredibly convenient.
The Greater Bay Area No.1 cruise ship is recognized as China’s first comprehensive bay cruise ship and the country’s first oil-electric hybrid, luxury catamaran passenger vessel. All its key facilities are ‘Made in China.’ The ship uses innovative Internet of Things networking technology, which is characterized by low noise, zero emissions, energy conservation, and environmental protection, as well as technological innovation. It was put into service in August 2020. The cruise ship is a multifunctional vessel, equipped with sightseeing areas, exhibition areas, atriums, technology shops, multifunctional rooms, and theaters for leisure and entertainment. The ship is 72 meters long and 19 meters wide, with a maximum capacity of 350 passengers. It features three spacious decks, with the top deck catering to outdoor sightseeing needs. The upper deck has an outdoor corridor for a walk-around ship tour, an exhibition area with a cruise ship simulation driving teaching area, technology shops, and science classrooms, as well as a restaurant and bar. The main deck houses a cinema theater suitable for events, conferences, exhibitions, and salons, and also includes a luxurious private room for business dinners and small gatherings of 10-15 people. Additionally, there is a large restaurant on the main deck that can accommodate various banquet activities. The bottom deck has a self-service dining room that can serve 150 people at the same time.
