It is currently one of the 8 key projects for the development of “Two Rivers and Four Banks” in Fuzhou and an important calling card of “Maritime Fuzhou”.
The Guancheng Datong Yacht Pier and Square managed by the company have a total land construction area of 50,000 square meters. There are 310 planned berths for yachts in the water (50 floating pier berths built in the first phase have been completed).
