Guanghui Bridge is located about 30 meters north of Guanlan Bridge in Baotu Spring Park. This bridge is recorded in Liu Chi’s ‘Licheng’ and ‘Licheng County Annals (Chongzhen)’. There is an inscription of ‘Stele Inscription for the Reconstruction of Guanghui Bridge in the fourth year of Tongzhi’ embedded on the wall on the south side of the bridge. The text records that ‘Jinan is also known as Dabang Bridge. Several kilometers south of the bridge is Baotu Spring. The springs in the green mountains all converge with the northern waters. Every time at the turn of summer and autumn, the mountains and waters rise and surge with great momentum.’
