Wang Yuqian was born on December 22, 2002, in Yantai, Shandong. At the age of 10, he went to Singapore to study, and at 12, he moved to Australia for further education. At the age of 14, he apprenticed under the renowned lyricist, composer, and singer Lin Longxuan. At 18, he was admitted to the Sonic Arts major at the University of Adelaide’s music department. In 2021, Wang Yuqian collaborated with Wang Ziming and COPY to create the song ‘Not Worth Your Love,’ which topped music charts on TikTok and NetEase Cloud Music, winning the title of one of the top 10 hit songs for the third quarter of 2021. He continued to produce high-quality music, and in 2024, his hit song ‘Plan’ once again ranked in the top ten on various charts, staying at the number one spot on TikTok’s hot song list for two weeks. With his recognizable voice and unique flow and style, Wang Yuqian has won the hearts of many listeners and garnered over a hundred million streams. Now in his sixth year of making music, he wants to accompany you through this winter with his music.
