The former headquarters building of the French military in Guangzhou Bay is a two-story brick and stone structure, featuring a spacious balcony in front of the entrance. Its exterior is solemn and dignified, with a rich color palette characteristic of Western traditional national judicial architecture. This building stands as one of the earlier French-style architectural relics in Zhanjiang.
Regarding opening hours, the site is open all year round from Tuesday to Sunday, operating between 09:00 and 16:30. It remains closed all day on Mondays.
