Initially, the soundtrack of the 2018 Japanese drama series ‘The Confidence Man JP’, followed by the popular 2023 Japanese drama ‘Reborn’, and recently composing for the live-action adaptation ‘My Push Boy’. In the realm of anime soundtracks, Fox Capture Plan has been responsible for the scores of ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai’, ‘Salaryman’s Badminton Club’, and ‘Lupin the Third vs Cat’s Eye’. Additionally, Fox Capture Plan has collaborated with renowned composers such as Kenji Kawai and DJ Okawari to create albums like ‘Super Rich’ and ‘Perfect Blue’. Their music style, full of agility and distinctiveness, much like the ‘fox’ in their band name, reflects the flexibility and quickness akin to jazz music’s spirit of improvisation and exploration. The smooth and natural coordination between piano, bass, and drums, and the rich yet uncluttered structure of their compositions have been a hallmark since their debut album ‘Trinity’. To date, they have released a total of ten albums, consistently maintaining their unique modern jazz style, infused with elements of rock, electronica, and improvisational jazz. Their first album ‘Trinity’ was released on 2013.05.15, and their tenth album ‘XRONICLE’ on 2021.10.20. Recently, they announced the release of their latest album ‘DEEPER’ on 2024.12.18. Kicking off the album is the energetic track ‘Deep Inside’, refined through their 2024 Japan tour with the audience. Following is the rapid-paced ‘Tokyo’, woven together by piano and synthesizer melodies, offering a comfortable listening experience. There’s also ‘Waterfilm’, which begins with a gentle piano melody like a babbling brook, gradually accelerating until it crashes into the ocean like surging waves. Their eleventh album ‘DEEPER’ (2024.12.18). On December 21st and 22nd, 2024, they will bring their spirited music to this tour, allowing us to experience the softness of jazz and the passion of rock!
