The Guangzhou Maritime Museum spans four floors above ground and one floor underground. The museum integrates the lines and volumes of Guangzhou’s shipbuilding with its overall architectural design. In terms of local and detail, it incorporates elements of traditional Guangdong architecture, such as stone carvings on ancestral halls, and plaster sculptures on eaves. The museum is open from 08:00 to 16:00 all year round.
